My own mushrooms are rich in the B vitamins: riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid. The combination helps protect heart health. ... Niacin is good for the digestive system and for maintaining healthy skin. Pantothenic acid is good for the nervous system and helps the body make the hormones it needs.


Food lovers will be pleased to know that the quality of my Shiitake mushrooms grown naturally using logs is much superior to the shop bought mushrooms; they have a richer, more intense flavour, and a substantial firmer texture, giving the grower a truly authentic gourmet experience.
